At Velmito, we are committed to delivering quality products to you with care and reliability. We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no hidden fees or additional shipping charges.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

How We Fulfill Your Order
Velmito works with a trusted global fulfillment partner (DSER) to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. Once you place an order, it is routed to the nearest available warehouse — either in the United States or China — depending on stock availability and your shipping destination. This allows us to keep costs low and pass those savings on to you, without compromising on product quality.

Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes up to 14 business days (2 weeks) after your order has been shipped. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, high demand periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Destinations
Velmito currently ships to selected countries, and available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout. If your country is listed, we are able to deliver to your location.

Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days after shipment, please contact our support team, and we will promptly assist you in resolving the matter.
