All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery typically takes up to 14 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, high demand periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Velmito currently ships to selected countries, and available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout. If your country is listed, we are able to deliver to your location.
